Come and join us for a fun afternoon, connect with other Park users and enjoy a free sausage sizzle (we’ll have vegetarian snacks as well) – everybody welcome! The Salvation Army will be there with their Emergency Trailer and built in BBQ, so exploring that resource is an added attraction.

The long-awaited Carrara Park toilets are installed and operational – see them pictured behind the playground – they are looking great! This is our way of celebrating!  Finally we can have a party in the park without worrying whether a call of nature will spoil the fun!

At the moment the weather forecast for Saturday is wet and windy but Sunday is supposed to be much better, so that is likely to be the day. We’ll update our Facebook Event and this website post on Saturday morning.
